I’m Marquis, founder of Marks Fitness, and my passion is helping people take control of their health. With years of experience in fitness coaching, meal prep, and motivational training, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life — from small-town Louisiana to across the United States. My mission is simple: give you the tools, knowledge, and support to reach your goals and keep the results for life.
